Hello, good afternoon,

Good afternoon,

There is a technical lining called SINOLTEX that helps to make insoles more durable as its main feature is that it repels sweat and consequently the upper lining will not deteriorate, get wet or damp, or smell bad. If this technical lining gets dirty or smells bad, or if it is an EVA lining and the same thing happens, I recommend that your patients clean it with a damp cloth with a few drops of soap, or with a wet wipe, and leave it to dry in the open air. Doing this once a week would be enough.

In any case, NEVER machine wash, tumble dry, or use direct heat such as a hair-dryer.

If the problems persists despite this care, get in touch with our technical department.

Thanks a lot, and I hope we have solved your query.
